Quashed (Union Street Studios, LLC) writes a dispute for a New York City parking ticket from the facts you give us, the photo you upload and the city’s public ticket record. We are not a law firm, we don’t give legal advice and we don’t represent you before the Department of Finance. You review the dispute and file it yourself.

Fee. When you save a card, you authorize us to charge half the ticket’s base fine, rounded to the dollar with a $10 minimum, if and when the city’s record shows the ticket dismissed (“Hearing Held – Not Guilty”, “Admin Claim Granted” or “Appeal Reversed”). If the ticket is upheld, reduced, paid or never disputed, we charge nothing. Stripe processes the charge and emails the receipt.

No guarantee. The city’s administrative law judges decide every case. We promise no result. You’re responsible for filing before the city’s deadlines and for the truth of everything you submit.

Your data. We keep the ticket record, your registration details, your photo, your statement and your email to write the dispute and check the outcome. Email hello@getquashed.com and we’ll delete it.
